Overview
This 13-day tour explores Omo Valley, Mursi Village, Karo Village, Nyangatom Village, Konso and Dorze Village. It is designed for travelers interested in cultural, wildlife, nature, photography experiences, combining important attractions with well-paced sightseeing and local discovery. The itinerary includes cultural experience, wildlife watching, birdwatching and boat ride. Wildlife sightings may include Hippos, Nile Crocodiles and Ostriches.

Day 1: Arrival – Sightseeing Addis (The new Flower)
Welcome to Ethiopia You will be met upon arrival and transferred to your hotel. Refresh and begin your sightseeing of Addis with a drive up to mount Entoto for a panoramic view of Addis. Descend down and drive to National museum where you will have a chance to spot the oldest hominids of ‘Lucy’ fossil. Visit and proceed to the Holy Trinity built during the WWII. Then proceed to Ethnographic museum, which use to be the palace of Emperor Haile Selassie. To wrap up you drive to merkato, the biggest market in East Africa. Overnight in Addis.
Day 2: Addis Ababa – Jimma
This day After having your early breakfast you will be head south west out of Addis Ababa to Jimma on the way you will have a chance of visiting the amazing landscapes with the coffee growing area and you will have a time for stopping at the beautiful Gurage Villages to see the typical house style and their compounds. Later after having your lunch you will be stopping at the landscapes of Gibe river then you will continue our driving to Jimma. Overnight in Jimma.
Day 3: Jimma – Kaffa – Mizan
Early In the morning, drive to Mizan on the way you will see the green area of the Kaffa province with its biospheres and their houses of Keficho tribal villages. Overnight at hotel/lodge.
Day 4: Mizan – Kibish
After breakfast, you will be drive to Kibish on the way you will have a photo stop at the tribes of Yem and Misinger then with enjoying the stunning view of the Benchi Maji peoples villages you will continue our drive to overnight stay of Kibish. Overnight camping.
Day 5: Kibish – Surma
This day you will have a Full day to visit the Surma or Surui Tribe and their villages. The Surma are found on the west bank of the Omo. Like their cousins on the other bank of the Omo River, they do body painting and the women wear lip plates. Overnight camping.
Day 6: Kibish – Omo National Park – Nyangatom
After breakfast and arranging all our staff you will be Drive to Omo National Park on the way you will see some animals like buffalo, elephants and ostrich and on the headquarters of the park you will be stopping for bush lunch then you will continue our drive to Nyangatom tribe’s villages. Overnight camping.
Day 7: Nyangatom – Karo – Turmi
This day you will have a chance of meeting another Omo Valley Tribes known as Nyangatom then after visiting the villages of those tribes you will be embarking to the Karo Tribes which is lying on the river side Omo Later, you will be driving to the town of Turmi for overnight. Overnight in Turmi.
Day 8: Turmi – Omrate – Turmi
After having an early breakfast you will be driving to the Omorate to see the tribes of Dasenach then after staying in the villages of Dasenach you will be back to Turmi for lunch then Later, you will be heading to the villages of Hammer to see the beautify tribes of Hammer then you will have a chance of seeing sun seat in the villages and you will see also the Bull Jumping ceremony if we are lucky and if this ceremony will be arranged. Overnight in Turmi.
Day 9: Turmi – Key Afer – Jinka
If the dates are Thursday you will be directly driving to the Key After markets to see the amazing markets of the three tribes that meet for this markets and you will have a chance of seeing Benna, Tsemay and Ari tribes and Later, you will be driving to the villages of Tsemay then you will continue our drive to Jinka for overnight stay. Overnight in Jinka.
Day 10: Jinka – Mago National Park – Jinka
After breakfast, you will be driving to you Mago National Park to see the tribes of Mursi then Later, you will be back to the town of Jinka and you will see the villages of Ari tribes and you will have a chance of seeing weaving and pottery.

Day 11: Jinka – Arbore – Konso
After an early breakfast you will be driving to the villages of Arbore Tribes Arbore tribe is a small tribe that lives in the southwest region of the Omo Valley. They have ancestral and cultural links to the Konso people and perform many ritual dances while singing on the way you will see the Benna tribes near to the Weyto town then after you had a nice time at Arbore you will continue our drive to Konso for staying the night. Overnight in Konso.
Day 12: Knoso – ARba Minch – Dorze
Early in the morning you will have a breakfast then visit the Konso people to see the amazing villages of those hard working tribes and you will see the landscapes or terracing which was registered by UNESCO later drive to Arba Minch for taking a boat ride at lake Chamo to see the crocodile markets and the Hippo with different lake birds Later, you will have a lunch at Arba Minch then drive to Dorze village to see the amazing cultural houses of those tribes and you will see how they are making the local foods which is made from the false banana tree then in the evening those tribes will be gathering in one place to show the cultural dance of their own culture and you will have a dinner and stay the night in Dorze.
Day 13: Dorze – Addis Ababa
Early in the morning you will be driving to you Addis Ababa on the way you will be stopping Welayta for breakfast then continue our driving to the UNESCO sites of Tiya stlea later drive to Addis Ababa and prepare your staff for departure and in the evening you will have after well dinner then transfer to you the airport.
